How We Work
We like to think we don't work so much for you, as work closely with you.
Our directors take a personal 'hands on' approach to each job, managing the project from initial concept, through the planning stages, and then through to final completion to ensure the job is delivered on brief, on time and within budget.
When you come to us with your ideas, we'll work alongside architects to produce outline drawings before seeking reactions from local council and building control officers. Once planning approval has been gained, fully worked up plans and a firm estimate can be produced.
All groundwork, brickwork and carpentry is done in-house by our own employed staff. Electrics, plumbing, plastering, finishing and decorating are outsourced to tried and trusted tradesmen. We demand high standards, only employing qualified people and we don't use multitrades.
We ensure that electricians are NIC registered and plumbers are Gas Safe. Similarly we only use the highest quality materials and we don't cut corners.
On site you'll find us careful and conscientious - we'll treat your home like our own and we're respectful of neighbours.
